Welcome to Glagsow Salt Therapy
Our salt room provides a calming ambience where you can relax in our spacious room in our zero gravity chairs whilst you receive your dry salt therapy. Our salt room uses a top of the range halogenerator to grind pharmaceutical grade salt into small particles that you will inhale whilst you relax.
Salt therapy (also known as halotherapy) is where dry pharmaceutical grade salt is heated and then ground by a halogenerator into very tiny micro particles. The dry aerosol microparticles are then dispersed into the salt room during your session. As you relax the microparticles are inhaled. They penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli. The non inhaled salt particles will settle on your skin
