Glasgow Salt Therapy. reserves the right to alter or modify the below terms and conditions from time to time. Your acknowledgment below constitutes your agreement to all terms changed, modified, or altered. It is in your best interest to view our website periodically for the latest terms and conditions.
The information contained both herein and on our website is designed to disseminate general information. It is not intended to give medical or pharmacological advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.
I understand and acknowledge that by entering the premises and employing and of the services offered by Glasgow Salt Therapy.
- I assume all known, latent or anticipated risks;
- If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to anyone with a contagious illness (flu, COVID, strep, etc.), please reschedule your appointment.
- My participation at Glasgow Salt Therapy is purely voluntarily, and no warranties or representations were made to me by its management to induce me to participate;
- I shall assume full responsibility for myself and any of my guests and/or invitees;
- I understand that Glasgow Salt Therpay does not evaluate or diagnose my health and I have received medical clearance before engaging in salt therapy sessions;
- I have been advised of the following possible side effects: Dry or itchy throat, nasal drip, and increased coughing at the beginning. This is a natural part of the cleaning process of the respiratory system, during which the pollution, accumulated over time, and now loosened up by the salt, is expelled from even the deepest regions of the lungs. Such side effects should cease with the removal of pollution and pathogens. Skin irritation and dermal sensitivity may occur. In such a case, decrease the frequency of sessions.
- The use of salt therapy is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition. All medical conditions should be treated by a physician competent in treating that particular condition. Glasgow Salt Therpay assumes no responsibility for customers choosing to treat themselves;
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER SALT THERAPY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH SALT THERAPY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF SALT (HALOTHERPY). THIS LIMIT OF LIABILITY COVERS CLAIMS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, AND ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS PROTECTION COVERS GLASGOW SALT THERAPY ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS. THIS PROTECTION COVERS ALL LOSSES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SALT SUITE AND ITS FACILITIES.
I agree to comply with all BUSINESS policies and rules, including but not limited to all BUSINESS policies, guidelines, signage, and instructions.
* By signing, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By signing here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Glasgow Salt Therapy has limited seating and availability, and many of our sessions sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may call us at XXXXXX during normal business hours to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Terms and conditions-reasonable accommodations policy.
Package Policy
Session packages are nontransferable and can not be used by any individual aside from the purchasing party. Packages expire eighteen [18] months from date of purchase.
